Our relaxing and gentle parent and toddler yoga classes at our Chelsea studio are open to all parents both those who are new to yoga and those who have practised before.
Parent and toddler yoga is the continuation of mums and newborn yoga where your toddler will grow and develop both movement and curiosity in a fun and nurturing environment.
Our parent toddler yoga classes are available throughout the week in groups sessions, if you wish for private one on one parent toddler classes our yoga teachers will be happy to discuss this with you.
We specialise in a range of Himalayan Hatha yoga and Kriya yoga and our parent toddler classes are open to all, indeed, many of our clients are based in the Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Fulham area affording the opportunity to meet and connect with other likeminded parents, as well as connecting even more deeply with your own toddler.
